Registration includes attendance on both days of the conference, refreshments and lunch each day, and a copy of the research papers presented at the Symposium.

The symposium dinner will take place on 19 September at Magdalene College, Cambridge and can be booked with your registration.

Accommodation

Ensuite accommodation is available at the event venue, the Møller Institute, at £300 plus VAT per person, which includes 2 nights accommodation (18 & 19 September 2024). Most of the luxury en-suite rooms look out onto Churchill College grounds and offer a wide range of guest facilities – complimentary wifi, tea and coffee making, SMART flat-screen TV, mini bar, large security safe, Molton Brown toiletries and free car parking. All rooms have king sized-beds. 


Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time. Bookings cancelled less than 10 working days prior to the event will be charged in full.

We reserve the right to modify the programme of any event up to the day of the event. It may, in exceptional circumstances, be necessary to cancel or rearrange an event at short notice. IfM and IfM Engage can accept no liability for loss caused by cancellation or rearrangement. Its liability is limited to refund of the registration fee if the event is cancelled.
